Trump claims he never agreed to allow audio of Woodward's tapes of his interviews with Trump to be sold to the public. The suit seeks at least $49,980,000, which it says is based on an estimate that the audiobook, "The Trump Tapes," sold more than two million copies at $24.99 apiece.
